Helmikuiseen koulutus- ja verkostoitumisohjelmaan voit hakea aina 1.9. saakka. Ohjelmaan valitaan huolella 300 eri elokuva- ja av-alan tekijää. Valittujen matka- ja majoituskuluja tuetaan ohjelman puolesta. 

Eligible for Berlinale Talents are film and (TV) drama series professionals in the fifth to tenth year of their career: 

actors, cinematographers, directors, distributors, editors, film critics, producers, production designers, sales agents, screenwriters, score composers, and sound designers.
